I'm looking for an HR opportunity where I can contribute to employee relations, grievance resolution, HR analytics, talent acquisition, and employee engagement while developing through practical learning and collaboration.

I've supported employee relations at Jubilant Foodworks across the Domino's store network, counselling employees and resolving more than 10 grievance cases.

I coordinated escalations involving shift scheduling and payroll discrepancies, contributing to a 5% reduction in grievance-response time. I also helped organize the DPI Townhall for 50+ participants, achieving 80% attendance.
