I've architected and shipped backend and AI infrastructure for Duramater Health's clinical platform, leading six engineers across ingestion, OCR, scoring, and AWS deployment.

I built a high-throughput medical-report pipeline with Bun, TypeScript, Express, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Redis, and BullMQ, sustaining 25 jobs per second for digital PDFs. My dual-tier OCR approach reduced digital-PDF text extraction latency from 3.5 seconds to under 150ms, while a clinical scoring engine evaluates 140+ biomarkers across 13 organ systems in under 5ms.

At Glowbook, I took the core backend from zero to production, supporting 2,500+ iOS and Android downloads within 15 days of launch. I designed REST APIs, JWT authentication, background processing, AWS operations, and GitHub Actions CI/CD, while cutting EC2 costs by 50%.

I've also built Terraform-provisioned AWS infrastructure and Docker deployments at PearlThoughts, reducing infrastructure costs by 70%. I enjoy building reliable systems where performance, cost, and operational resilience matter.
