What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level HR role where I can use HR analytics and employee insights to improve onboarding, engagement, and policy effectiveness—learning from experienced HR leaders and delivering measurable impact.

I’m an MBA (HR) candidate who turned employee feedback into policy change, surveying 150+ employees across 5 departments at PGP Glass and delivering 8 targeted recommendations to senior HR leadership. I bring a data-driven people lens—spotting gaps between what policies say and what employees actually experience—so decisions translate into fairer, more consistent workplace practices.

In my HR internship, I designed and administered structured surveys, analyzed results to uncover implementation gaps, and presented a structured report directly to senior HR management. I also redesigned the employee feedback process by introducing a standardized feedback cadence to replace an ad-hoc system, focusing recommendations on onboarding consistency, grievance redressal, and performance review fairness—while staying grounded in strong team communication and leadership.
