At Hatch, I lead the India business through transformation, working with global teams to integrate the India office into Hatch’s delivery model. I’m also involved in client pursuits across infrastructure, metals, energy, and advisory, while growing the team and developing local leadership.
Before becoming Country Head and Director, I built Hatch’s India IT operations from the ground up and helped grow its Capability Center to close to 150 professionals. At McDermott, I built and grew an India Global Center of IT; across my career, I’ve worked in operations, technology, finance, learning and development, recruitment, and strategy, and I remain involved in mentoring and community initiatives.
