What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead AI platform and product initiatives where I can ship production LLM agents, build rigorous evaluation practices, and deliver measurable customer, operational, and revenue outcomes.

At AT&T, I ship production LLM agents across troubleshooting, accounts, devices, and service management, reaching roughly 75% containment on digital channels.

I own strategy and roadmaps for Voice, Chat, NLU, conversational APIs, and microservices handling 190M+ annual interactions. My work has generated $555M+ in Finance-validated OPEX savings and $10.7M in annualized benefit through lower escalation rates.

I've also launched AI-assisted pricing workflows at FleetPride, delivered e-commerce integration and growth products at Myntra–Jabong, and built digital lending products and experimentation practices at SREI. I bring hands-on experience with LLM evaluation, Claude API, MCP, LangChain, React, Vercel, and Supabase.
