At BT e-Serv, I manage contract-level monthly close, controllership, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and profitability reporting across revenue, cost, and EBITDA. I prepared annual budgets for 10 contracts and presented the consolidated Americas Region view to the CFO.

I've contributed USD 1.5M in EBITDA savings through the FPC/DTR PO Clearance Project and helped automate manual processes to deliver more than 1,000 annual hours of efficiency. I translate financial data into practical P&L improvement levers, senior stakeholder reporting, and stronger compliance processes.

My experience also spans FP&A at Dalmia Cement Bharat, audit and assurance at Price Waterhouse Coopers, and internal, statutory, and bank audits at ASAP & Associates. As a Chartered Accountant and LLB graduate, I bring a control mindset to financial reporting, process analysis, and business decision-making.
