I am a Subject Matter Expert in biology and chemistry with a background in pharmacy and practical classroom instruction. I combine subject mastery with hands-on teaching to strengthen student comprehension and confidence.

I have held Senior SME roles and worked with tutoring and edtech platforms, creating HOTS questions and teaching AP-level biology and chemistry. I was recognized as Best Teacher at Filo and have supported college-level students preparing for competitive exams.

Beyond instruction, I have operational and customer-facing experience including QA and app testing, CRM-based customer support, itinerary planning, and roles in event management and freelance graphic design. I am familiar with tools such as Freshdesk, Slack and Shopify and have handled complex client issues and bookings for travel services.
