I've delivered SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting and Central Finance consulting across IBM Romania and freelance European Union engagements. My work spans S/4HANA conversions, Private Cloud preparation, FI implementation, CFIN replication, and business-process documentation.
At IBM, I supported AP, AR, GL, AA, taxes, withholding tax, banks, payments, bank statements, workflows, IDocs, transport management, and tax reporting. I configured payment formats and DMEE trees, supported e-invoicing for Italy, Spain, Romania, Germany, and Poland, and implemented release-for-payment workflows.
I've worked on Romania localization, legal reporting and declarations, trial balance setup, and PL closing. I also handled CFIN monitoring and error resolution across 15 sending systems, master-data transmission, company-code rollouts, UAT, hyper-care, cutover planning, and user training.
Alongside consulting delivery, I coordinated an IBM internship program, hired and prepared new talent for consulting roles, and provided SAP FI training. I bring experience working in Agile delivery with Jira, Solman, ServiceNow, SAP Fiori, SharePoint, and Mural.
