At Verizon, I moved 1,000+ Informatica PowerCenter jobs to GCP, translating each workflow, session, and mapping into a matching Airflow structure. I also rewrote shell scripts in Python to preserve the original output logic.
I built a framework to automatically build and deploy DAG files to Cloud Composer, and added Cloud Functions to trigger DAGs when files arrive. For data quality, I set up daily row-count and field-level checks across about 1,000 tables.
At Solstice Solutions Inc, I built GCP ETL pipelines with SQL and Python and used Great Expectations to profile and validate data before loading it into BigQuery. I’m looking to grow in cloud data engineering, focusing on large-scale migration architecture and pipeline automation.
