At Qvantel, I lead delivery of Qvantel Flex, a digital BSS product shaped around customer and business requirements. I completed Phase 1 of the $8M XTRIM program in Ecuador, covering solution and design, infrastructure setup, development, and testing.
At Verizon, I managed transformation programs and helped build Verizon Garage, a platform for tracking the innovation lifecycle from idea submission to closure. I also implemented a supplier performance scorecard that contributed to $6M in cost savings.
At Vigocare, I worked with the DevOps, product, and design teams on Vigo Heart and Vigo Vitals, remote patient monitoring solutions. Earlier, at Picxy.com, I worked with the engineering team on the product and helped grow its photo library from 75,000 to 1.8 million assets.
