At PepsiCo, I build order-to-cash systems that simplify SAP workflows for customer service teams across international markets. I developed an LLM-powered order automation solution that extracts purchase-order data and achieves an 86% touchless processing rate.
I built order orchestration and search services with Camunda, Kafka, and SAP integrations, helping prevent incorrect and duplicate orders while supporting $3–5 million in monthly order volume. I also built an RBAC microservice for user roles, preferences, and application filters.
I contributed to consolidating microservices into optimized Spring Boot services, using AI-powered tooling to accelerate migration and refactoring by 70–80%. I also architected a React-to-Next.js transition that reduced rendering time by 50x and increased organic clicks by 63%.
Outside my core work, I build real-time systems including an F1 telemetry dashboard with Node.js, Redis, WebSockets, Next.js, and TimescaleDB, as well as Versioned.AI, a CLI for comparing LLM prompt variants across providers.
