I've built interactive analytics dashboards for customer churn, grocery sales, and sales performance, analyzing datasets of up to 9,800 records to surface business trends and high-performing segments.
For a customer churn analysis project, I analyzed 7,000+ customer records and created a Tableau dashboard with churn rate, retention rate, customer count, revenue impact, segmentation, filters, and calculated fields. I also developed Power BI and Looker Studio dashboards to evaluate product, outlet, regional, and category performance.
During the Deloitte Australia Data Analytics Job Simulation, I applied Excel for data cleaning and classification and built a Tableau dashboard to deliver actionable business insights.
At Indian Oil Corporation Limited, I developed ConnectOne, a Python and Tkinter desktop application that automated bulk WhatsApp messaging with Excel/CSV integration, recipient management, file uploads, and message templates. I'm currently pursuing an MCA in Data Science and enjoy using SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio to solve structured business problems.
