What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead quality, reliability, operational excellence, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives that improve product quality, customer experience, and measurable business outcomes.

At DevRev, I led end-to-end quality assurance and performance testing for enterprise products, validating architecture and performance standards before release.

I built SQL-driven performance dashboards, monitored system health and SLA targets, and introduced quality controls for AI-driven development workflows. I partnered with technical program managers and engineering leaders to assess dependencies, delivery risks, and executive solution checkpoints.

Over 12 years at Zalora Group, I established regional QA frameworks and governance models across hubs supporting e-commerce and logistics software. I led root-cause analysis, FMEA reviews, risk mitigation, escalation responses, and executive reporting through Looker Studio and Tableau dashboards.

I've managed and mentored regional engineering teams of 20+ people, supported capacity planning and operational SLAs, and helped drive automation adoption and continuous quality improvement.
