I’m looking to lead distributed engineering teams delivering secure, reliable products with automated quality gates, CI/CD excellence, and AI-assisted engineering—balancing technical debt, compliance, and predictable delivery with strong stakeholder partnership.

I’m an engineering leader with 18+ years building and scaling software delivery across fintech, e-commerce, cybersecurity, and banking. I lead distributed teams across Singapore and multiple APAC locations, taking products from architecture through production operations.

Most recently as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at SquareX, I own end-to-end delivery for security-focused browser-extension products. I embed automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines for continuous release governance and fast feedback loops, while monitoring post-production quality metrics and driving root-cause analysis.

Previously at ShopBack, I led 25 engineers across Singapore, Taiwan, and Vietnam, owning engineering roadmaps, OKRs, and capacity planning. I improved productivity by 55%, cut release testing time by 25%, reached 90% automated test coverage, and rolled out AI-powered workflows for test design, defect triage, and code review.

Earlier at RedMart / Lazada / Alibaba, I directed QA strategy for 15–20 engineers and led a RedMart → Lazada → Alibaba platform migration in three months. I delivered zero downtime and “no P0 defects,” strengthened CI/CD reliability, and secured 100% application uptime through continuous-improvement programs and enterprise-wide test automation.
