At Kotak Education Foundation, I conduct workshops for English, Math, and Science teachers on Communicative English, classroom communication practices, and PedTech interventions.
I also facilitate the self-leadership program for HMs and write field and workshop visit reports. Field visits have helped me understand school functioning, community challenges, and program implementation.
My research has included millet cultivation in Pastapur and child education development in TSWREIS Schools. As an intern at SETU: Centre for Social Knowledge and Action, I conducted interviews and surveys with rural and Adivasi women and helped plan and facilitate workshops.
