I’m a result-oriented professional with total 7.3 years of work experience across Aviation & IT, bringing a customer-first mindset and strong coordination skills into recruitment. I’ve built a solid foundation in aviation service and now apply that same energy to sourcing and placing top tech talent.

In my role as an IT recruiter (Jan 2022 to March 2023), I handle end to end recruitment for “all level of Positions – junior to senior level.” I manage the full candidate journey—from initial phone screening and interviews to shortlisting, scheduling, and follow-up until join date.

I also focus on maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants to ensure successful partnerships. I attend vendor meetings, get involved in internal recruitment, coordinate weekend drives, and provide/collect feedback to improve outcomes.

To stay effective and organized, I work with job portals like Monster and Naukri and produce MIS reports daily, weekly, and monthly while maintaining track records of joiners. I’m a quick learner with strong communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation ability, and a strong drive to keep learning new technologies.
