At DCM Test Labs LLP, I serve as the sole HR partner for 100+ field and in-house employees while supporting Innovative CADD Centre. I manage policies, employee relations, engagement, daily HR operations, onboarding, documentation, and employee data management.

I build railway infrastructure project teams from scratch across Civil, Electrical, and Signal & Telecommunication roles, partnering with project heads on workforce plans and timelines. I reduced time-to-hire by 30% through process optimization and proactive sourcing, while improving quality of hire by 20% through structured screening and evaluation.

Previously at Katyayani Organics, I managed end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Technical, IT, Content, and Business roles, including bulk hiring for Sales and Operations. I also led campus hiring, employer branding, engagement initiatives, and core HR processes from induction through exit.

I'm building hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and HCM configuration capabilities, alongside my HR operations and talent acquisition work.
