I am a Sociology graduate from the University of Peradeniya driven by a strong commitment to social justice and community development. I bring practical experience in participatory research and community-based volunteering, focused on creating sustainable positive change.

I have managed field research projects, collected primary data through surveys, interviews, and observations, and supported logistical coordination and data organization with attention to accuracy and confidentiality. In a client-facing role I maintained relationships, met monthly collection targets, and prepared management reports.

My extracurricular leadership includes membership and organizing roles in university and school clubs, and I have volunteered on multiple community-centric projects, demonstrating teamwork, communication, and project delivery. I am a quick learner with strong interpersonal, analytical, and computer literacy skills.
