I translate customer discovery into pilot scope, product requirements, onboarding flows and test plans with my technical co-founder. I also evaluate model behaviour, unsupported claims and latency, turning findings into product improvements.
At TELUS Digital, I evaluated enterprise generative AI for accuracy, reliability and policy alignment. I hosted training on applying client guidelines to ambiguous cases and contributed to improvements that raised efficiency by approximately 70% and reduced manual review work by 40%.
At Continental AG, I built forecasting and reporting analyses using Python, SQL, Power BI and SAP BI, contributing to a 15% shorter planning cycle. I’ve also presented co-developed products publicly and supported student entrepreneurship and community engagement.
