I am a motivated Software QA and AI Automation engineer with hands-on experience in manual and automation testing, Selenium, JMeter, TestNG, and designing AI-driven workflows using n8n. I have implemented RAG pipelines, built Email AI agents and chatbots integrated with Google Sheets and APIs to automate reporting, feedback collection, and operational processes.
I have experience creating test cases, executing functional, regression, sanity, and compatibility testing, and using defect-tracking tools. I also build interactive Looker Studio dashboards and blend multiple data sources for analytics to drive process efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
