What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a nursing role where I can lead clinical operations and team performance—especially in post-anesthesia or surgical settings—while continuing to deliver compassionate, code-of-ethics patient care, strengthen quality and compliance, and support staff education.

I’m an experienced registered nurse known for being well organized, dedicated, and committed to compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining the code of ethics. My work blends bedside nursing with operational leadership to keep patients safe and supported throughout high-acuity journeys.

In my current Charge Nurse role, I oversee daily department operations, staffing, and patient flow while maintaining regulatory readiness and patient safety standards. I also provide real-time clinical leadership in a high-acuity PACU—supporting recovery protocols, airway management, hemodynamic stability, and pain control—while collaborating with nursing executive leadership and the anesthesia team to strengthen policy, compliance, and quality initiatives.

I’ve also expanded my impact through interdisciplinary coordination, rapid response involvement, and strong documentation practices that support discharge planning and continuity of care. Alongside clinical leadership, I bring experience teaching and onboarding (staff education, competency validation), participating in quality improvement (including infection control and patient outcome tracking), and serving in school-based roles such as Substitute School Nurse.
