What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an administrative role where I can manage records and school-style coordination—keeping data organized, handling communications professionally, and supporting payments and documentation with consistent attention to detail.

I’ve worked in school administration in La Ceiba, handling everything from parent communications to maintaining disciplined student records. In 2024, as a Disciplinary Department Assistant, I managed direct updates through phone and official messaging systems.

I also kept disciplinary records accurate by tracking and updating student files on digital platforms and internal school management systems. That meant staying on top of each case and ensuring the information was ready for follow-up.

From 2021 to 2026, I served as General Secretary at Happy Town Kindergarten, managing academic documentation and official records for preschool students. I handled end-to-end tuition payments, monthly fees, and institutional collections.
