What I'm looking for

I am seeking entry-level roles in journalism, research, or data annotation where I can apply reporting, research, and data-processing skills, work collaboratively, and grow professionally.

I am a BA Political Science and Information Studies graduate with hands-on experience in journalism, research, and data annotation. I have interned at the Business and Financial Times and the Foundation for Security and Development in Africa, producing news stories, conducting interviews, and performing in-depth data collection and analysis.

I have completed a video and image annotation project using CVAT and contributed to research through literature reviews and thematic summaries, demonstrating attention to detail and strong analytical skills. I also supported community education through tutoring and gained practical event coverage and editorial experience at a national publication.

I bring strong written and spoken communication, proven sponsor-relations and committee management experience, and proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and CVAT. I aim to join a team where I can apply reporting, research, and data-annotation skills to produce accurate, impactful work.
