I’m a Payroll Compliance Analyst with hands-on experience in Accenture’s MyTE payroll and expense operations. I validate fortnightly timesheets and expense submissions, ensure correct approvals, and process salary inputs and reimbursement payments with strong compliance controls across each payroll cycle.

I also perform basic audit checks (pre- and post-payout), conduct reconciliations, and manage reconciliation tickets to correct discrepancies and keep MyTE records accurate. When something looks off, I investigate mismatches, duplicate receipts, falsified timesheets, unauthorized overtime, inflated claims, and attendance issues—escalating confirmed risks as needed while collaborating closely with employees and managers.
