At Eventbrite, I architected and led a fault-tolerant self-service ticketing platform serving millions of users, including API contracts, data models, and production delivery. I also re-engineered Admin Search to AWS OpenSearch, cutting P95 latency from ~1.8s to ~700ms while scaling to 3× query volume, and reduced AWS CloudWatch costs to less than 10% of total spend without degrading incident detection.

I build secure, reliable systems across event-driven and microservices architectures, including an orchestration layer integrating AI-powered support workflows and a sanitization layer for sensitive data. I mentor engineers through structured design reviews and coaching, and I’ve delivered platform capabilities end-to-end—from SCIM provisioning and RBAC migration to Terraform-based operational dashboards.
