I counsel patients across 10+ cancer types, providing psychological support through chemotherapy and beyond using Narrative Therapy, ACT, grounding techniques, and Mindfulness-Based CBT. The work involves meeting people at some of the most difficult moments of their lives and helping them find language and tools to move through it.

I designed and ran a corporate wellness programme from the ground up, building an EAP-aligned Mindfulness-Based CBT intervention for employees over a 12-week cycle which included an awareness session, practical sessiona nd one-on-one counselling each week.

The outcomes were tracked throughout. Employee health anxiety scores came down from 26 to 15 and perceived stress dropped from 28 to 17 over

Had a great opportunity to volunteer as a Speaker & Facilitator for Sixth Form students at local school. I shared my personal mental health struggles and coping strategies to create awareness and encourage help-seeking behaviour. Created a safe space for students to discuss and share their experiences.

Worked as Student Researcher at MSc Psychology Summer Conference, University of Surrey.

Presented research study "Relationship between Nutritional Knowledge and Eating Self-efficacy in women with PCOS" at the University's annual summer psychology conference as part of my MSc programme.

This was a high-volume public hospital environment and it sharpened my clinical foundations considerably. I conducted standardised psychological assessments including ROR, TAT, MMPI, MCMI, and others for over 100 patients, supporting interdisciplinary teams in building treatment plans.

I served as the on-screen host for Urban Platter's vegan baking series, developing original recipes from scratch and producing 15 plus videos across YouTube and Instagram that directly supported product sales for their baking range.
