Built an end-to-end LangChain RAG document Q&A system with PDF ingestion, chunking, embeddings, semantic retrieval, and source-grounded answers. Improved answer relevance and trustworthiness by grounding responses in retrieved document context and tuning retrieval parameters to reduce hallucinations.

Led migration of 29 monolith applications to AWS microservices using the Strangler design pattern, improving modularity, scalability, and maintainability. Migrated large-scale data from Oracle to PostgreSQL with minimal downtime, applying resilient distributed architecture patterns such as API Gateway, Circuit Breaker, CQRS, and SAGA.

Delivered end-to-end solutions for the Integral-Life base system, including POCs and client demos, while implementing clean code practices and performance tuning for high-throughput applications. Containerized deployments with Docker, resolved defects for business-critical modules, and maintained detailed technical documentation for long-term maintainability.

Led a team of 12 engineers, driving delivery execution through change management, estimation, scheduling, and risk tracking. Built and enhanced a Q&A forum module, implemented UI defect fixes, and performed code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
