I’m a product and people leader with experience in product definition, execution, and stakeholder management, across On-premise and cloud applications. I’ve worked on SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Workflow Management, and SAP Netweaver Process Orchestration.
As an Engineering Manager at SAP Labs India, I manage a team of 9 through hiring, onboarding, coaching, and building career development plans. I own the end-to-end development cycle—definition, prioritisation, execution, and delivery of user-stories—based on customer and stakeholder feedback, market analysis, and strategic goals.
I previously served as a Product Owner, integrating capabilities to digitize and automate decision-making within a Low Code/No Code SaaS application: SAP Build Process Automation. I coordinated with Product Management, UX, and Architecture to deliver comprehensive user stories, and I spearheaded a new team formation from inception to a high-performing cross-functional team.
Earlier, I drove scrum execution as a Scrum Master—facilitating and coaching the scrum framework, handling impediments, and supporting agile testing with automated tests. I also brought delivery rigor from Cloud Operations and Quality Engineering, including managing cloud shipments bi-weekly on AWS, Azure, and GCP, and contributing to incident management and resolution.
