At Dell Technologies, I support DevOps delivery across DCCRM, MDM, Astra and WESAPPS/WinIoT, working on CI/CD, Azure infrastructure, Kubernetes operations and build automation. I provision Azure resources with Terraform through Jenkins jobs and support AKS workloads using Helm and Istio.
For WESAPPS/WinIoT, I drafted CI/CD blueprints implemented across 30+ jobs and worked on moving Jenkins from VMs to Kubernetes pods and converting freestyle jobs to multibranch pipelines. I also created custom Docker images for Windows build dependencies and automated InstallShield installer builds; the resume reports a 90% reduction in Jenkins build failures.
I’ve created reusable GitHub Actions workflows and composite actions, and worked on Azure platform automation, including a PostgreSQL migration described in the resume as zero-downtime. Earlier, I supported the IBRS biometric recognition product and national ID program engagements, provisioning OpenStack virtual machines with Terraform and installing software and databases using Ansible and Docker.
