I’m a BSc Biochemistry graduate with hands-on experience blending data analysis, technical support, and laboratory research. I use analytical thinking and scientific rigour to solve real-world problems with clear, actionable outputs.

At 3Line Limited, I supported POS terminals for merchants and agents across multiple locations, ensuring seamless payment operations. I executed software and firmware upgrades, diagnosed hardware/software faults to minimise downtime, and maintained detailed support ticket and deployment logs for audit and reporting.

I also bring strong data skills through SQL and Power BI work that turns complex datasets into insights. In my Walmart Sales Data project, I cleaned and analysed data in SQL Server to identify revenue by city, top payment methods, best product categories, and peak transaction times.

Earlier, during my IT / Research Internship at the National Institute of Medical Research (NIMR), I performed cDNA extraction, gel electrophoresis, and PCR analysis under senior supervision. That experience strengthened my focus on proper documentation, data recording, and compliance—skills I now apply in both analytics and technical support.
