I'm looking to lead scalable payroll, compliance, HR operations, or HR technology transformation businesses where I can combine P&L ownership, product enablement, client advisory, automation, and people leadership.

I've built and led HR, payroll, and compliance businesses at Grant Thornton, Enpointe Advisers, HROne, and HRMS Solution & Services LLP. Across 23+ years, I've turned complex workforce, regulatory, and delivery requirements into scalable operating models.

At HROne, I led India and GCC payroll outsourcing for 200+ enterprise and mid-market clients, owned P&L and commercial alignment, and scaled the delivery organisation from 10 to 50 professionals. I also connected Payroll Operations with Product and Engineering to enhance TDS Returns, Loan & Advance, and perquisite calculation capabilities.
