What I'm looking for

I'm transitioning from engineering into technical project management, building on my project management studies and delivery experience.

At YsecIT Softwares Pvt. Ltd., I coordinated an 8-member team delivering a hotel management platform for Yogh Hospitality, from requirements and UX approval through MVP launch. We released three major updates on schedule, and sprint delivery rose from about 70% to 80–85% of committed stories.

I also built React.js and Redux Toolkit interfaces and delivered PayPal, POS card and cash payment flows. The Housekeeping app replaced manual room tracking, while DoD/DoR guidance, QA collaboration and Jira dashboards helped reduce post-release defects by 30%.

For my project management capstone at IIT Roorkee, I planned a Salesforce-integrated healthcare CRM SaaS product, including its roadmap, MVP scope, sprint plan and delivery phases. Earlier, I developed front-end products across e-commerce, ERP and cybersecurity, including a Bill of Materials module for Wipro's e-commerce clients and interfaces for Securaa.io.
