At Wild Me, I design and improve complex, data-heavy workflows for researchers and citizen scientists, making key information easier to find and act on. I’ve simplified reporting, redesigned Encounters and Individuals pages, improved multi-animal Sightings handling, and designed unified search across core workflows.
I turn user interviews, surveys, and support feedback into clear design decisions, validating solutions before implementation. My work has reduced bulk-import errors, increased feature adoption, and reduced support tickets caused by workflow confusion.
At Curi, I partnered closely with the founder to shape an early SaaS mobile MVP, consolidating fragmented features and removing unnecessary complexity to create clearer core flows.
At New Age, I owned product direction and UX across Sleep Sounds, Food Product Scanner, Carbon Footprint Tracker, Dictionary App, and Learn Spanish. I prioritized features, led research, mentored interview processes, and balanced user feedback with product constraints across multiple apps.
