What I'm looking for

I’m looking for public health roles where I can support health service management research—training field teams, collecting ethical data, and delivering high-quality qualitative analysis and stakeholder reports.

I’m a dedicated public health professional with a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) specializing in Health Service Management. My work centers on translating policy into field-ready research with technical precision, contextual relevance, and intended meaning.

As a Research Associate at PHASE Nepal (Sep 2024 – Present), I trained and supervised enumerators in Kobo Collect and guided them on research ethics, gender, and safeguarding principles. I also developed and translated research tools—KII, FGD, and IDI—aligned with health facility monitoring standards and related frameworks.

I conduct qualitative thematic analysis using NVivo on Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and Key Informant Interviews (KIIs). I’ve supported academic manuscript preparation and stakeholder report writing, ensuring outputs are clear, accurate, and action-oriented.

Previously, as a Research Assistant at Ideabreed Technology, I led training and supervision for high-quality data collection and completed comprehensive literature reviews. Earlier experience as an intern with Rural Health and Education Service Trust (RHSET) strengthened my data cleaning and report support skills using MS Excel and translated complex reports for diverse stakeholders.
