What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level role in Finance, HR, or Business Support where analytical rigor and people-first process management can add measurable value.

At Hira Sugar Manufacturing Industry, I supported recruitment and selection for seasonal and permanent positions, from candidate sourcing through final documentation.

I screened applications against role requirements and prepared and maintained HR documentation and employee records.

For my capstone project, I analyzed seasonal and permanent hiring practices at Hira Sugar Manufacturing Industry, identified process gaps, and documented findings in a report benchmarking HR practices against industry standards.

In an academic finance and accounting project, I applied financial statement analysis and basic tax computation to business scenarios. I’m seeking an entry-level role in Finance, HR, or Business Support.
