I am an Enterprise Application Support and Manual QA professional with nearly five years of experience supporting, testing and improving business-critical financial applications.

My background includes Oracle EPBCS, HFM, Hyperion Planning, FDMEE, Essbase, SQL, ServiceNow incident management, functional and regression testing, data validation, defect investigation, release support and financial reporting.

At Accenture, I supported two Oracle EPBCS applications through recurring monthly operations. My work included resolving incidents, validating data loads, maintaining forms, dimensions, business rules and FDMEE mappings, automating recurring processes using EPM Automate and coordinating with finance users and technical teams.

Previously at L&T Infotech, I supported Oracle HFM during monthly and quarterly close cycles, investigated data and reporting issues, maintained mappings and reports and performed reconciliation and data-quality checks. I also spent nearly three years as a Manual Software Tester for Oracle Hyperion Planning, preparing and executing test cases, reproducing defects, maintaining evidence in HP ALM and validating fixes.

I am now seeking opportunities in Application Support, Technical Support, Manual QA, Functional Testing, ERP Support, Data Operations or Enterprise Systems. I am based in Germany, authorized to work here and available immediately for full-time or part-time remote, hybrid or suitable onsite roles.
