I'm a Systems Engineer at TCS with 2+ years managing Linux-based production infrastructure for a BFSI banking client (First Caribbean International Bank). My work sits at the intersection of infrastructure reliability, automation, and incident operations.

At TCS, I built Python and Bash automation scripts that eliminated 30% of repetitive operational tasks, recovering ~12 engineer-hours per month across the team. I design and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting Linux production systems operating at 99.9% uptime SLA. I handle incidents end-to-end — triage, root cause analysis, escalation, resolution, and async post-mortems — and authored 10+ operational runbooks for recurring failure patterns, reducing repeat incidents by 35% and cutting new-engineer onboarding time significantly.

I independently diagnose cross-layer bottlenecks across application, database, and network layers — enabling fully remote-first operations without on-site escalation. I also automate SFTP and file transfer workflows using Python and PowerShell across production environments.

Prior to this, I completed an internship where I built data pipelines and worked on NLP sentiment analysis workflows in a remote, async setting.

I hold four cloud certifications: Microsoft AZ-900, OCI Gen AI Professional, OCI Data Science Pro, and OCI AI Foundations. I've been recognised with the TCS AI Idea Igniter Award and AI Spark Award (2025) for contributions to process improvement and automation.

I'm actively building toward a full DevOps/SRE role — currently upskilling in Terraform and Kubernetes.
