At WNS, I verify KYC documents and authenticate government-issued identities to spot fraud. I analyze customer information, run risk assessments, escalate high-risk cases, and keep case documentation compliant with KYC and AML.

Before that, at Caygnus, I developed and maintained Python applications and REST APIs to automate business processes. I optimized SQL queries for faster, efficient data processing and worked with cross-functional teams to debug, test, and deploy.

During my internships, I helped turn analytics into decisions—at Accenture (Forage) I advised a social media client on content strategy and increased engagement by 25%. At CODSOFT, I built Python-based predictive models that improved forecast accuracy by 95% by doing EDA, automating data cleaning, and engineering ML models.

On my own projects, I trained GRU deep learning models for stock forecasting (up to 95% accuracy) and built credit card fraud detection models addressing class imbalance (over 97% ROC-AUC). I also created a Tableau dashboard from 50K+ rows and optimized it with SQL preprocessing for a 30% faster load and daily automated updates.
