My career has been driven by a passion for cloud technologies, automation, and solving complex problems through efficient systems engineering. Professionally, I’ve worked at Infosys Ltd., where I was responsible for managing hybrid cloud environments across AWS and GCP. I played a critical role in automating infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation, which significantly accelerated release cycles and improved infrastructure reliability. I also administered Linux and Windows servers, ensured compliance through system hardening and patch management, and led containerization efforts using Docker and Kubernetes—migrating legacy apps to cloud-native architectures.

A key part of my success has been implementing robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions, which reduced deployment errors by up to 30%. I integrated monitoring solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch to reduce Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR) to under 30 minutes.
