At Harmony Data Integration, I own end-to-end delivery for web applications, data lake and warehouse platforms, AI/ML model-training initiatives, and system integrations. I lead a 35+ member delivery environment across development, QA, and infrastructure while acting as the technical bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.

I've maintained 95%+ on-time sprint delivery over the last three years and coordinated a Data Lake & Warehouse platform against a 99.5% uptime commitment. My portfolio includes a £250K football scouting platform, a £150K data platform, and an AI/ML programme with a £150K annual budget.

I manage Agile ceremonies, backlog coordination, delivery governance, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, scope, and stakeholder expectations. I enjoy turning business needs into actionable requirements and keeping concurrent technical initiatives moving.

My background spans project management, project coordination, and network engineering across technology and telecom environments. I'm a Certified ScrumMaster with a Computer Science degree.
