I’m a Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience across full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and scalable system design. I build customer-facing solutions end-to-end, with a focus on reliability, performance, and measurable impact.

At Tata-1mg, I spearheaded integration of a fulfillment partner in the B2C flow, increasing delivery slots and boosting daily orders by 400+ (as of mid-2025). I also designed B2B corporate flows on top of existing B2C architecture and led on-call incident resolution, reducing production issues using observability tools.

I’ve implemented Gen AI features that actually work in production—building a Gen AI-powered order-taking chat-bot with a custom RAG pipeline, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering to improve response accuracy and reduce latency. I optimized backend performance by migrating Ruby on Rails APIs from Unicorn to Puma with multi-threading, and moving Python services from Sanic to FastAPI for better scalability.

Earlier, as a Software Engineer at JSAT Automation, I designed and deployed a training platform for machine operators using Python, Flask, and PostgreSQL, along with a custom testing suite and enhanced authentication. I also led technical delivery at IMI Technologies, developing billing and invoicing systems and building web and HR tools using React, Node.js, and AWS (EC2, S3, CloudWatch), while configuring AWS CI/CD for faster, more reliable release cycles.
