At Signify Innovations India Ltd., I lead a team of six and govern end-to-end rebate operations across 18 EMEA regions. I oversee the rebate lifecycle from agreement setup and accrual calculation through settlement, reconciliation, and dispute resolution.
I own global process documentation, including SOPs, control frameworks, escalation paths, and handoff protocols between the India delivery hub and regional finance teams. I also designed Power BI dashboards for KPI visibility, SLA tracking, AR ageing, and rebate accrual monitoring.
At Accenture, I managed Middle East order-to-cash sub-processes and led process transitions by defining plans, authoring SOPs, and supporting adoption through training. I also tracked SLA and KPI performance for governance forums.
Earlier, at Genpact, I managed UK-market AR operations, including cash application, credit control, deductions, and reconciliations. My experience also includes supporting underwriting and claims operations at Oracle Financial Software Services and P&C insurance billing at Genpact.
