At BCD Meetings & Events, I manage a 20-person team across EMEA and APAC. Previously, as a Manager at Infosys BPM Ltd, I managed a 55-person team across APAC and NAM.
At a leading media client based in the USA, I supported the transition of order management, invoicing, and cash application processes. I implemented UiPath robotics for customer invoicing, dunning letters, collection follow-ups, and estimates, saving 650+ hours.
My work spans Project Accounting, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and Fixed Asset Management. I’ve supported Oracle ERP implementation and integration work, functional configuration, and UAT testing, and have driven process improvements using EOAR and Capgemini GEM© methodologies.
