I am a detail-oriented medical documentation specialist with over 20+ years of hands-on experience in clinical scribing, multi-specialty medical transcription, and EHR data entry for US hospitals. I consistently deliver high-accuracy documentation and fast adaptation to new platforms.

In my current role as Deputy Team Leader I prepare real-time EHR records across diverse specialties and lead a remote team of scribes, maintaining documentation accuracy above 98% during major workflow transitions.
