I’m a Resourceful Healthcare and Medical Records specialist with four years of experience in electronic health record (EHR) analysis, patient documentation, and clinical support. I’m known for strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting EHR issues and optimizing clinical workflows.

In my current role as a Remote medical scribe and healthcare assistant, I provide real-time support so providers can focus on patient care. I support timely and accurate updates, troubleshoot EHR-related issues by identifying root causes and implementing fixes, and refine clinical workflow documentation to improve usability.

Previously as a ScribeEMR Senior Medical scribe, I accurately documented patient encounters—history, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans—ensuring seamless information flow between physicians and support staff. I also analyzed and reconciled complex medication lists, including psychotropic and other specialized medications, to improve the accuracy of patient records.

I train new and existing staff by simplifying complex EHR processes, and I adapt quickly to new technologies in fast-paced healthcare settings. I communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse clinical and non-clinical audiences, helping improve system usage, user satisfaction, and HIPAA-compliant digital documentation.
