What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead documentation quality, support clinicians with accurate EHR notes, and mentor teams. I want a fast-learning environment where I can improve through auditing, feedback, and structured training.

I work as a clinical documentation team manager and medical scribe, where I lead a team of 10 medical scribes and 8 physicians. I allocate cases, audit and review documentation quality, give feedback, and take weekly calls with physicians to update preferences. I also got promoted from clinical documentation specialist to clinical documentation expert within a year and started auditing and training new scribes within 6 months, continuing to mentor them on provider specifications and quality notes.

Alongside scribing, I’ve trained with VP’s on our software and EHR workflow and supported in-demand providers. Earlier, I completed BPT training and gained clinical exposure through OPD and IPD postings at MGM Hospital, plus work in cardio-respiratory physiotherapy, ICU/PICU postings, women’s health postings, and home visits. I bring strong documentation discipline, quality assurance, and patient-support mindset—earning multiple recognitions and “highest production” awards at IKS Health.
