Salesforce Architect at Hitachi Global Air Power, integrating Field Service and Sales Cloud with SAP across AU and US.

At Hitachi Global Air Power (HGAP), I architect the Field Service transformation, connecting Salesforce Field Service and Sales Cloud with SAP ERP across Australia and the US. I designed the integration backbone for work orders, parts, pricing, customer credit checks, order confirmation, returns, and DMR billing.

I’ve designed inbound REST APIs and selective-field sync, with external-ID upserts, account scoping, and FLS-safe execution. For the US rollout, I’m implementing a region-scoped Sales Cloud journey from Lead through Order, including quoting directly from Accounts.

I engineered the FSL mobile experience with LWCs, GraphQL wire adapters, and offline Briefcase-cache fixes. I also built a timezone-aware labour and overtime engine using Batch and Schedulable recalculation.

Earlier at Hitachi Global Air Power, I led discovery and solution design for the FSL implementation and delivered the first SAP integration slice. As a Salesforce Technical Engineer, I improved business-process performance by up to 25% through targeted configuration and implemented a BI solution framework; before that, my work at Telerx (C3i Healthcare Connections) included quality metrics, training, and productivity improvement.
