What I'm looking for

I’m looking to keep supporting office and technical administration—owning schedules, documentation, vendor coordination, and IT operations in a fast-paced environment where leadership teams can count on accurate follow-through.

I’ve been supporting the Office of the Deputy Chief Inspector of Factories in Warangal since 2009, handling day-to-day operations, multi-user calendar coordination, and end-to-end meeting and workshop logistics. I build organized documentation systems using spreadsheets, trackers, and official files so information is accurate and easy to access.

I also act as the primary operational contact for external vendors, coordinating procurement activities, service contracts, SLA compliance, and expense tracking. Before that, at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, I supported schedules and training logistics, managed inventory and asset records, and provided Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support for 100+ end-users.
