At Morrisons, I provide technical leadership for the modernization of the wholesale platform across procurement, inventory, and supply chain systems. I led the design and implementation of cloud-native solutions and secure integrations across 10+ enterprise systems.
I also led the design of the Intelligent Retail Inventory Copilot, bringing together inventory insights, demand forecasting recommendations, and replenishment workflows using AWS Bedrock, RAG, and Vector Search. AWS optimization using ECS Fargate and AWS Lambda reduced cloud infrastructure costs by 30%.
At UK Home Office, I designed and delivered a Generative AI case summarization solution using AWS Bedrock and Amazon Titan, alongside a serverless architecture. I also worked on Atlas Chatbot and defined architecture for an event-driven microservices platform integrating 5+ third-party enterprise systems.
