At Publicis Sapient, I led an AWS platform modernization, upgrading AWS CDK and AWS SDK and implementing a parallel deployment strategy for a near-zero-downtime migration. I also developed an OpenAI-powered solution to generate engineering documentation and used RAG with Pinecone to support semantic search and natural-language questions.
At Harman, I managed the campaign management component for over-the-air automobile updates, from requirements through production deployment. I mentored backend engineers, prepared technical documentation, and contributed to testing and production support.
